WIRELESS ENDOSCOPY
We utilise the Endo-i Wireless Gastroscope
We are the first veterinary practice in Australia to offer our clients the
Endo-i® Veterinary Endoscope.
This innovative scope allow our practice to unplug from antiquated, wired endoscopy systems and gives us the freedom to scope horses in the field without the need for our clients to transport their horses into a clinic.
GASTROSCOPY
The only way to definitively diagnose gastric ulcers is through gastroscopy, which involves passing an endoscope into the stomach and looking at its inner surfaces. This procedure is easy to perform, is minimally invasive, and allows us to evaluate the esophagus, squamous and glandular regions of the stomach. Our 3.3m gastroscope also allows us to view the proximal segment of the small intestine in horses.
